Tracking food isn't one size fits all.

Opson is a food log with no ads that you set up your way. Count every calorie, aim for a range or a deficit, follow only your macros, or log without seeing a number at all.

One email when it's out, maybe a few updates before. Never sold or shared. Privacy

Today: 1,245 kcal eaten against a range of 1,900 to 2,300, with breakfast of oat porridge, a banana and coffee with milk.

What Opson does

Log a meal in a few seconds

Search over 3.7 million foods from the USDA and Open Food Facts, or type what you ate in a sentence and Opson finds each food. Copy yesterday's breakfast in one tap, or save the meals you eat every week.

Adding to dinner: a search for rice with six matches, from jasmine rice to chicken kabsa.Describe it: 2 eggs and toast typed in, read as two large eggs and a slice of white toast.

Goals that fit how you live

Aim for a range, or for a set deficit under what you burn. Not every day is the same, so training days can have a goal of their own and the rest of the week another.

Targets set to Different by day: Monday to Wednesday aim for 2,300 to 2,700 kcal, the other days 1,900 to 2,300.

Only the numbers you want

Pick one of ten ways to track. Nutrient focus hides calories and shows your macros as fill bars, and Blind takes calories out of the app completely. After that, change any single number on its own.

Today in Blind: no calories anywhere, just breakfast, lunch and snack ticked off and dinner around 7:00.Modes and numbers, listing ten starting points from Full numbers to Coast.

Your week, without the nagging

Trends lines each day up against your range. There are no streaks and no warnings about calories left. Skip a day and it's a gap in the chart, nothing more.

Trends for a week: a bar for each day against a shaded range, Thursday left empty, and a recap of 6 of 7 days logged.

No ads, and your log stays yours

Opson doesn't show ads or sell what you eat. Your log lives on your phone and syncs to your account, and you can export it or delete all of it from the app.

Support and sharing, with Export everything (CSV) and Delete everything under Your data.
